Mike really wanted to go to a lake as a family and have a picnic. So we headed to Pine View Reservoir.
It had a picnic area above the beach area. And a nice beach area with plenty of trees if you wanted shade. And the water wasn't too cold.
You had a pretty view of the mountains all around you.
Amelia just loved playing in the water and sand.
There was a rope swing that Hayden loved
and he would swing upside down on it.
Later Season's in laws came with their us boat and took us around on it.
Amelia loved riding the boat.
They even let us tube on it. That was a lot of fun. The cousins all were really good at it and had so much fun.
Hayden did not want to but I made him try it. Here he is crying before we start. The thumbs down is for him to slow down. We weren't going yet!
Here we are tubing. He claims he didn't like it.
Amelia was next. She cried too. But I think she had some fun.
It was fun day at the lake. We had sandwiches and lots of chips and yummy cookies.
We met up with Mike's friend Larry and his family afterwards and didn't get home until midnight so it was a long day but a good one.
