Soccer Banquet

Soccer season ended (we lost in a shoot out in the playoffs...it was the worst!).  We had the banquet at Nevillewood Country Club.  I love when we have it there because it is just down the road from us. So I can bring the kids and when they get too rowdy Mike can just take them home. 

So I got the kids all dressed up.  Hayden looked awesome in his shirt, tie and vest combo with his fedora hat.  He looks so gangster here (one parent kept calling him frank (sinatra))


Amelia had on a super cute dress but man her hair is in the worst stage right now.  It is starting to grow and it just looked awful. She has a mullet. She refused to keep her headband on.   But she still looked cute.


Amelia was a wild woman. She just wanted to run around and touch everything, go outside and see the water (on the golf course), find balloons, or hear her voice echo in the hall.  She has boundless energy.  It makes me super nervous for our plane ride in a few weeks.  Just me her and Hayden on the way down.  Ugh. 

Amelia loved the hot fudge covered oreo ice cream.  That made her even crazier. 


Hayden tried it and liked it.  He has never liked anything but plain vanilla.  He is getting adventerous;)

I tried to get a nice family picture.  Kids didn't cooperate too much...

 

 

It was a nice banquet.  I had to give a speech which I hate but it went well.  It was nice to see the girls again and I got a lot of nice compliments from the parents about how much their girls like playing and the good job I did with the team.
