Hayden Age 4

Hayden at age 4.

Loves story time.  I have to tell a story about him and his friend Aiden and how they really are super heros in disguise.  He usually picks an Avenger.  They fight bad guys together.  Sometimes they are jedi's or teenage mutant ninja turtles.

Says "holy cockamoly" instead of guacamole.  He he.

Hates socks.  It is pure torture to put them on him. He screams they hurt, and refuses to wear them.  The other day we were putting them on and he refused and told me "they're freaking me out!"

For his birthday he wants a real iron man suit with blasters.  He made sure to emphasize that he did not want the play ones.  He wants the REAL ones.  Same with a spiderman web shooter.  He also wants a real chain saw with no cord and a real leaf blower with no cord. It may be a disappointing birthday.

Still calls Amelia "Mia".

Sometimes when I ask for a kiss, he asks me to kiss his back.  Weird boy.

Every night we have to shut his closet door.  He needs to hear it click shut.  That way he is safe from whatever is inside it!

Has discovered sponge bob much to our dismay.  But the worst is fairly odd parents.  It is banned in our house.

Likes to play video games with Mike.  He always asks "daddy can I play your stupid game".  He calls it that b/c I said that one time.  Oops

Hates wearing pants with buttons aka. jeans.  That is another fun thing to handle in the morning.

Loves teenage mutant ninja turtles.  His favorite is leonardo (because he is blue)

Loved his 5 guys hamburger the other day.  He wants to go on a date there and sit at the "high table".

Still gets foot cramps at night every so often.

Has had some behavior issues lately.  He will not back down.  No punishment has worked right now.  The other day I told him that he would not be getting his captain america shield that we bought.  He looked at me and said "mom, you're pissing me off!".  Ugh.

Likes the book "There was an old lady who swallowed a fly".  and curious george, batman books, and pretty much anything. I love that he wants me to read to him. 

A funny story about Hayden... My sister watches a boy that is now in kindergarten.  So 2 years older then Hayden.  His name is Aiden.  Aiden's mom was asking him about his day at school.  He told her how some girl was choking his friend.  So Aiden's mom asked him what he did.  Aiden said he tried to stop her but the girl started choking him.  Aiden's mom asked him what he did after that.  He said he tried to find a phone to call Hayden b/c he was the only kid he knew tough enough to fight this girl!!!

wants to take karate and swim lessons.
