Disney Cruise -- Day at sea

 
Our first full day on the Disney Cruise was great.

We woke up to great weather.


We got some breakfast and played on the sports and games deck.


Then Amelia had a meet n greet with the princesses.  What is nice about the ship is that you go and get tickets for this event when you board.  The tickets have a specific time for you to come meet the princesses.  So no long waits.  They have tickets for princesses, Frozen characters and Disney JR.

First Amelia met Rapunzel

Then Tiana.  She loved showing Tiana that they had matching dresses.

Last was Belle.

We had tickets for the Frozen Meet N Greet but had a little time.  Not enough to really do much.  Cinderella had no line so we went to see her.

Grandma got in the picture too.

We also saw Donald while we waited.

Finally it was time for our Frozen Meet N Greet.  We arrived and they were waiting for us.  No line at all.  At Disney World it is a 2+ hour wait.  No thanks.  This was awesome.

Amelia went right up to them.  She is so funny because she gets shy and then doesn't look like she is enjoying herself in the pictures.

We all jumped in for a family picture since we all liked the movie.

Hayden even gave Anna a hug.  It looks like he is grabbing her butt!!!

Now it is not even 10am and we have accomplished so much!!!

Kids wanted to go swimming of course. It was warm and sunny.  Perfect weather.  They swam in both pools.

I got this cute picture of Hayden.

Amelia wanted to meet Daisy so I took her while Hayden swam some more.

We spent some time just enjoying the sun and eating of course.

That night was pirate night.  I got us some costumes at the thrift store around Halloween.  Amelia is the pirate fairy from the tinkerbelle movies.

We got some photos taken by the photographers.

Dinner was fun.
 
 Amelia wanted to meet Minnie afterwards.

So did Grandma Barb.

We went to the pirate party on deck.  It was cute but crowded  It was too late for our kids so they got pretty cranky.  The fireworks were very good and I was glad we got to see them.



We skipped the pirate buffet and went to bed (it was around 11:00 when the fireworks ended).
