New Years Eve

This post is a little old...
We usually go out with friends a day or two before New Years Eve.
We went to Las Velas Mexican Restaraunt downtown.  Very yummy.

Then we we saw all of the Christmas lights and went ice skating.  The rink is nice but they are the worst skates ever!!!

We also checked out the gingerbread house competition.


On New Years Eve our friends came over and we had appetizers, chicken lasagna, and sheet cake.

We planned on playing the kinect but didn't get around to it.  There was some target shooting (poor amelia's toys) with a B.B. gun and q-tips.  Don't ask.



Hayden stayed up until close to 10 and we had a fake countdown for him since he wanted to stay up until midnight.

Overall a fun time.
