Hayden at 9 months

Hayden has been busy speed crawling everywhere. He really has gotten much better at it. The hard wood floors don't seem to slow him down at all. He is climbing all over the furniture too. He wants to climb the wood burning stove/fire place so bad.

He also can take a push toy and walk on his own across the room without falling.

And he can stand on his own for a long time.

Now that he is mobile he plays well indepdently. It is nice to get a little break every now and then.

He loves music. He will clap and dance.

He will notice any wires and bolt for them. He loves wires.

He can wave to people.

For some reason he loves to hit his head. He will bang it off his high chair, the tub whatever. He will hit it with toys. If you tell him no, he just laughs and does it again. Even if you yell and look at him with a mean face. He is going to be so bad!

He is a screamer. He doesn't cry hardly at all. He has a shriek that pierces threw your chest. It is awful.

He bites. He has lots of teeth and they are sharp!

He has gotten his legs stuck in the crib many times. It is not a fun way to be woken up in the middle of the night.

Hayden will call Mike Dad and wave to him. It is cute. It is very high pitched. He should switch voices with Kennedy (hers is deep). By the way he wont' even try to say mom.

Funny story: Usually I bring hayden in the bathroom to play while I take a bath or shower. Well he is too mobile now and kept trying to get in the tub. So I let him come in. 2 seconds later he peed all over me! Then to top it off he wanted out and threw a hissy fit.
