Today we cleaned up and headed home. It was a fun but tiring trip. The 4 hour trip back to Utah stunk but again, Hayden did pretty well. The picture of above is all of us at the cabin.
Yellowstone is great but everything is so spread out. It is a lot of driving. Especially with a baby. So if you are ever going, we have tons of advice for you!
We always said that when we had a baby that we wouldn't let him/her hold us back from doing things we liked. I think we have kept true to that with this trip. It took much more planning and flexibility but we were able to do pretty much everything we wanted to do.
I forgot to add...We did see lots of animals:
Buffalo of course
Moose
Elk
Otters
2 Brown Bears (one was a cub)
And a bald eagle.
