Just some thoughts...

Just typing some things so I can remember them one day...

Some funnies:

Amelia crashed into the coffee table and yelled ouch my penis.


After complimenting hayden how good he was the past 2 days we drove to giant eagle where he proceeded to be a beast.  On the way home I asked him about it. I told him I just said how good you were and then you of course had to be bad...why?  He just looked at me very matter of factly and said"  That's just how it goes sometimes.


Hayden went thru a short phase where he would yell So long suckas when we would leave somewhere.

crotch kick  -- not sure who taught hayden this but I have attempted to stop this one.

Hayden also randomly told me about Shotgun Diplomacy one day...?????

Hayden has been telling kids there is no santa or tooth fairy.  He is on the fence but tells kids they are not real.


we have watched ghost busters a few times

Phineas and Ferb is the show of choice with both kids.  Thankfully we parents like it too.

Amelia loves to listen to songs on the radio with me in the van.  She loves to know who sings them.  some favorites right now are "all about that base",  bang, bang"  black widow baby"   Hayden loves one republic songs.

When camping Hayden and I were kicking soccer ball and invited Amelia to kick with us.
She looked at us with disgust and climbed the big rock and began to shake her booty and do cheers.  Who's kid is she?

Amelia loves to dress herself.  She also must never get hot.  She will multiple pairs of pants in hot weather.  Once she got mad at mike because her underwear didn't match her outfit.

Legos are very popular in our house right now.  Hayden likes to make his own creations not the one on the boxes.

Amelia continues to be the best player ever.  The other day we sat in traffic in the van and weren't moving.  She undid the Velcro on her tennis shoes and played with them like they were people.  And they each had their own personality. 

While playing frozen dolls with Amelia I was anna.  I said to her elsa doll that I really missed our mom and dad.  Amelia got all snotty and said well they are dead and we are old now and don't need them.
