Hayden's Room

Awhile back I posted pictures of Amelias's new room. 

Well Hayden now has a new room also.  He chose to have his room painted blue.  He loves it.

 

We were lucky enough to get nice beds from my brother.  His older girls wanted new ones so they gave them to us.  Hayden got the loft bed.  (Amelia got the pull out, more on that later)  He loves sleeping up high.  This was perfect for his room because it is so small.  So he now has extra space underneath his bed.  He really likes having his own desk under there.

 

When you walk in to the left is his dresser.  Above it are all of his star wars pictures of himself from Disney.  He also has a clock that Grandma got him.  And his moon light he got from Pap last year.

 

On the other side of the door is his storm trooper fat head.  During the move it lost a foot!

His shelf is now on the back wall.  It holds his piggy banks, masks, books, and some of his toys.

The wall across from the bed has his yoda fat head and his one of himself as a jedi. 

I blew up the picture of him fighting darth vader and put the quote "the force is strong with this one" above it.  The garbage can is from ikea and I put star wars clings on it.  This holds all of his weapons.  The boy loves playing with swords, guns light sabers,etc.

 

Here is a closer look under the bed.  The star wars lamp is on his desk and his caricature from disney.  he is capatain America.  And we hung his boba fett picture down there.  The drawers you see have all of his dress up stuff (mainly super hero costumes).

And this big darth vader from grandma barb hangs out by the ladder to the bed. 

 

 

So we have now gotten two rooms done in the house.  The basement is all painted and the floor is done but we haven't done anything else to it yet.  Still deciding.

 

The living room is painted and we are getting a new couch so that is the next project.  More info on that later.  Big changes there.
