We spent Christmas Eve with my immediate family. First we stopped to see Grandma Barb and open presents from her. Hayden got 2 HUGE sacks of presents which he loved. He was so polite and kept telling her Thank You and was so excited. He was the best present opener. He loved his vacuum best probably followed by the pirate ship. He also got to help Amelia open her gifts. Time will tell what Amelia likes.
Later we all had dinner at my sisters house. The kids had fun playing together. Hayden loved opening presents and giving them. He got some more trucks so he was excited. Amelia enjoyed eating meatballs and chicken. Amelia got a small singing kitchen from Ryan which she loves.
We got our official family picture this year. Last year was the first time in a long time that we did not.

Hayden was so excited when we got home. He wanted to play with his presents. I told him he could pick one and play for 5 minutes b/c it was late. Of course he picked his present from Ryan that needed built. I said no. He cried. But eventually he calmed down and said to me. Ok Santa will build it for me! (That didn't happen by the way and he remembered late the next day and was mad!)
So he clamed down and we put out some milk and cookies for Santa. Hayden wanted Santa to have chocolate milk. That was funny to us b/c Hayden hates chocolate milk.
