It has been so hot this past week. Like Unbearably hot! We bought a portable air conditioner since our AC doesn't work. It does ok. At least the living room is tolerable with it.
Hayden has enjoyed playing with the "water hose", helping with Mike's garden, and going to soccer with me. He is only wearing underwear right now and doing pretty good.
A funny story...Last week Hayden and Mike were playing outside. I was feeding Amelia inside her room with the ac on so I couldn't hear. Hayden came in thru the kitchen door. He then went downstairs. I thought he was playing. It turns out he came in the kitchen and locked the door. He then hurried downstairs and locked the door too. So he locked Mike out of the house! I don't know where he comes up with this stuff!
