Well no baby yet and I have too much free time. So I have been doing some holiday baking and freezing. I made some snickerdoodles. Then I did oreo truffles, mint oreo truffles, and red velvet cake truffles. They turned out good. If I can tomorrow I will make some chocolate truffles, cookie dough ones, and maybe some buckeyes. I plan on giving an assortment to the families that help with the soccer banquet (on Dec 6th)and then using the rest for misc people I may need gifts for.
Yesterday we froze some chicken fried rice. And I forgot to add that we froze a bunch of mashed potatoes also. I have also gotten some Christmas shopping done.
Well that's about it.
